Internal mixing process of solid tire

The internal mixing process of solid tire is the process of mixing carbon black, natural / synthetic rubber, oil, additives, accelerators and other raw materials together and processing them in the internal mixer to produce "rubber". All raw materials must be tested before entering the internal mixer and can only be used after being released. The weight of each pot of the mixer is about 250 kg. The compound used in each rubber part of solid tire has specific properties. The composition of the compound depends on the requirements of the tyre performance. At the same time, the change of rubber composition also depends on the needs of supporting manufacturers and the market. These needs mainly come from the requirements of traction, driving performance, road conditions and tires themselves. All rubber materials shall be tested before entering the next process - preparation process of rubber parts, and can enter the next process only after they are released.
